Saga Telecom Sdn Bhd was established in January 2011. We have signed distributorship agreements with Ericsson since March 2011 and is the first Ericsson business division to be outsourced globally. Saga Telecom Sdn Bhd is in effect the Business Development arm of Ericsson Malaysia. Our main business focus is to sell Ericsson products and solutions to business enterprises in the vertical industries, government agencies including security forces and the military and to the new 4G telecoms operators where it does not conflict with the main Ericsson key accounts in Malaysia.
Our services include consulting, systems integration, network rollout and managed services. Our product offering consists of mobile and wireline systems, transmission and transport hardware, consumer and business applications, revenue management solutions and service delivery and provisioning.
The platform to deliver these solutions is delivered via enriched media and communications over broadband while at the same time increasing network and operational efficiency. |
